The LAPP Go Green Contest ("Contest") begins on September 1, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. MDT and ends on October 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. MDT (the "Entry Period").
The sponsor of this Contest is LAPP Corporation (the "Sponsor"). By participating in the Contest, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. The Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission, and processing of entries and the overall administration of the Contest. Entrants should look solely to the Sponsor with any questions, comments, or concerns related to the Contest.

To be eligible to enter the Contest, you must be:
Employees, officers, directors, representatives, or agents (and those with whom such persons are domiciled, whether related or not) of LAPP Corporation, the LAPP Sponsor Board, Alberta Pensions Services Corporation (APS), or Alberta Investment Management Corporation (AIMCo) are not eligible to enter.
All decisions regarding eligibility will be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted by the winner. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize described in these Official Rules becomes unavailable for any reason.
The Sponsor makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, safety, or performance of any prize awarded. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. The Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize items.
All federal, provincial, and local taxes, fees, and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in forfeiture of the prize.
To enter the Contest during the Entry Period:
Members who have already selected electronic communications before the Contest begins are also eligible to enter. To receive an entry, they must complete and submit the online contest confirmation form during the Entry Period.
Members who switch from print to electronic communications during the Entry Period and members who are already receiving electronic communications are equally eligible to win.
Limit one (1) entry per eligible member.
Automated or robotic entries submitted by individuals or organizations will be disqualified. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than the permitted number of entries by using multiple email addresses, identities, registrations, logins, or any other methods may result in disqualification.
Final eligibility for the award of any prize is subject to verification by the Sponsor. All entries must be received by the end of the Entry Period in order to participate. The Sponsor's database clock will be the official timekeeper for the Contest.
Two (2) winners will be selected in a random draw from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
The random draw will be conducted approximately one week after the end of the Entry Period by the Sponsor or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final.
The first eligible entrant selected will receive the Grand Prize (Apple iPad Air). The second eligible entrant selected will receive the Secondary Prize (Apple Watch Series 11).
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
To be declared a winner, each selected entrant must correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited skill-testing question.
Selected entrants will be notified by email at the email address provided through the contest entry process approximately one week following the draw.
Potential winners must respond to the notification email and accept their prize as directed by the Sponsor within seven (7) days of notification. The Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive email accounts, technical difficulties, or a selected entrant's failure to adequately monitor their email account.
Any winner notification that is returned as undeliverable or remains unanswered may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
The potential prize winners may be required to sign and return eligibility, liability, and publicity documents as required by the Sponsor before receiving a prize.
By entering the Contest, each entrant agrees that the Sponsor may collect, use, and disclose personal information for the purpose of administering the Contest, verifying eligibility, contacting winners, and fulfilling prizes.
By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their name, city of residence, likeness, and photograph, without additional compensation, for promotional and publicity purposes related to the Contest, where permitted by law.
Personal information collected in connection with the Contest will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor's privacy practices.
The Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for:
If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned due to a computer virus, fraud, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failure, or any other cause that affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Contest, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest in whole or in part.
