Update your Personal Information (Pension Partner and Beneficiaries)

It is important your pension partner and beneficiary information is up-to-date, as this is the only way to ensure we pay your pension benefits in accordance to your wishes if you die before you retire.
If you don't have a pension partner listed, you need to complete the Pension Partner Information Form, available on the LAPP website. To update an existing pension partner, please contact the Member Services Centre.
To review and update your beneficiary(ies), visit mypensionplan, your secure website for personalized pension information, or complete a Designation of Beneficiary(ies) Form, available on the LAPP website.
