Important Plan regulation changes that may affect you

Important updates have been made to pension plan regulations effective immediately. These changes may affect members/employees now, in the future or not at all. A news update outlining the changes was communicated in April, and an insert was included with 2008 member annual statements.

To reflect the regulation changes, forms and information sheets have been created or revised. These are included as part of the current packages sent to members and employers, but is also available on the LAPP website.
