Are you retiring after July 1, 2009?

When you retire, you will need to complete the Declaration of Pension Partner Status form and this is included as part of your pension options package. Because the definition of a pension partner will change effective July 1, 2009 (see the April 1 news item for more details), new forms will take effect on July 1:
- If you retire before July 1, 2009, and apply for your pension before July 1, complete this form along with your application for retirement.
- If you retire before July 1, 2009, but apply for pension after that date, complete this form, along with your application for retirement.
- If you retire July 1, 2009 or later, complete this form, along with your application for retirement.
